We offer free shipping for orders within Germany and Austria from €70, in France and the Netherlands from 100€. For all orders below this amount a shipping fee of €5 will be charged. For several other european countries we offer free shipping for orders from €140. Otherwise a shipping fee of €7 will be charged.

You will usually receive your parcel 1 - 3 days after placing your order. Depending on the shipping country and provider, delivery may vary by a few days.

Can you return items to asphaltgold?

How much are the shipping costs in Europe?

How much are the shipping costs outside of Europe?

Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs charges, taxes, and fees. Please check the individual regulations of your shipping country before placing your order. You are responsible for all additional costs.

We ship international orders outside Europe with DHL Express.
Immediately after your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A PACKSTATION WITHIN GERMANY?

Yes, you can have your order shipped to a Packstation within Germany with the shipping service DHL. Shipping costs are €5, and you benefit from free shipping for orders over €70.

 

Instructions on how to select this during checkout can be found here:

In the field Street and house number : please enter the Packstation + number , e.g. Packstation 598, Packstation must also be entered if it is a post office, etc.

In the Additional Address field, please enter the postal code , for example 1234567890.



 

 

CAN I ALSO SEND MY ORDER OUTSIDE GERMANY TO A PACKSTATION?

Yes, you can have your order shipped to a Packstation outside of Germany. You can find an overview of the countries eligible for this here:

How can I track my shipment?

After your order has been shipped, you'll find your DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.

 

In individual cases, increased volumes with our shipping partners may result in delays in processing shipments. If you don't see any movement of your package after a few days, please contact us at hello@asphaltgold.com . However, an investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment will only be possible after 14 days.

Can I pick up my order in store?

The "Pickup in Store Darmstadt" shipping option is currently unavailable, but will be available again soon. If you would like to pick up items in-store, please do not place an order in the online shop, but contact our customer service at +49 6151 629210. The desired items will then be reserved for you and will be available for you to try on or pick up in-store from 1 p.m. the following business day (the reservation is valid for 3 business days). Payment will also be made in-store. Please note that purchase on account is unfortunately not possible.

What happens if my order could not be delivered?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Upon request, your order can be reshipped within Germany; however, address changes are unfortunately not possible. Please contact us in a timely manner if you would like your package reshipped. If we don't hear from you, your money will be refunded.

 

If your shipping address is outside of Germany and the package is returned to us, your money will be refunded. Asphaltgold reserves the right to retain shipping costs in the event of incorrect address information or refusal to accept the package.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged/faulty?

If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact hello@asphaltgold.com with your order number. To process your request, we require pictures of the order in question, any damage, and the shipping box. Please keep this box until we have informed you of the next steps. Unfortunately, a complaint cannot be processed without the outer packaging.
