Drawing inspiration from two North American icons, both pairs feature a healthy combination of earthy tones laid upon their suede and mesh uppers as the first presents a mixture of drab olive and khaki characterized by the rattlesnake, and the second, a blend of black and muted browns to represent the grizzly bear. Furthermore, thematic graphics adorn the interiors of these 997s with the lighter-toned iteration featuring a camouflage desert beige and the darker pair displaying woodsy stripes nodding to the natural habitats of the aforementioned.
