The Glow-In-The-Dark Air Jordan 1 Low OG For Kids Heads To Space

Hidden graphics decorate the upper.

The Glow-In-The-Dark Air Jordan 1 Low OG For Kids Heads To Space

It’s almost time for back-to-school sneaker shopping, and thankfully for kids and their parents, Nike’s Fall 2024 catalog is packed with playful, thematic footwear that suits all kinds of childhood interests. This Air Jordan 1 Low OG is for aspiring astronauts; dropping September 2024 in full kids sizes.

As made clear by the lead image above, the standout feature is a glow-in-the-dark upper. Hit the lights and you’ll find a starry pattern across the toe box and quarter panels, with cleverly branded Jumpman logos, alien graphics, planets, stars, and space shuttles throughout. More glow-in-the dark “Volt Tint” treatments appear on the wings logo and midsole, the latter of which sports a glittery finish to build further on the space theme. In normal light, the all-leather upper features a white base, black overlays, and a soothing “Raspberry” Swoosh and tongue branding.

Moreover, Nike includes a pack of stickers (presumably glow-in-the-dark) with the shoes, perfect for decorating notebooks and the like. Included is a Jumpman logo, basketball graphic orbited by planetary rings, alien UFO space shuttle, and basketball hoop planted on the moon.

A perfect nap time flex, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black/Raspberry/Volt Tint” is expected to arrive September 2024 in grade school, preschool, and toddler sizes. See detailed images of the grade school pair below ($120) and tap our Jordan Release Dates page to keep pulse with other upcoming kids sneakers.

Speaking of which, the Jordan 1 Low GS “Racing” is available now via Nike.
