For the Air Jordan 4 RM, a “Bred” colorway was only a matter of time. Revisiting the 1989 playbook of original colorways, the takedown model made significant by Nigel Sylvester has surfaced in its strongest black and red arrangement to date.
Right up there with the “Black Cat” Jordan 4 RM in terms of potential consumer interest, the “Bred” does a solid impression of the original colorway MJ made famous. The mixed-media upper comes in all-black, save for red hits on the tongue lining, Jumpman tags, and “Nike Air” text over the heel. The most glaring “Bred” Jordan 4 resemblance appears underfoot, with the sole balancing between red, black, grey, and white treatments in familiar fashion.
If we’re getting nitpicky, the “Nike Air” should be grey and the outsole should feature white around the center. Even still, while “Driveway Black” and “Shadow” colorways have come relatively close, this marks the closest “Bred” impression on the Jordan 4 RM thus far.
Expect the Jordan 4 RM “Bred” to release via nike.com and retailers during the Summer 2025 shopping window, carrying a $150 retail price in men’s sizing. Enjoy official images below and visit our Jordan Release Dates 2025 page to browse more upcoming pairs.
