Gum Soles Add Skate Sensibility To The Nike Dunk Low

Not a Nike SB.

Gum Soles Add Skate Sensibility To The Nike Dunk Low

If you’re a fan of Nike SB’s latest Orange Label Dunk Low but don’t require all the skate enhancements that come with it, the Beaverton brand is releasing a fresh sportswear version that’s aesthetically identical.

Official images reveal a dark suede upper, white leather Swoosh, and gum soles underfoot, closely bordering the same color blocking previewed on the SB Dunk. Aside from the leather Swoosh, the only real difference appears on the base, where grey suede replaces the black leather of the skate version. All things considered, the shoe delivers and agreeable, versatile look that’s perfectly suited for fall through dark colors. From a business standpoint, it also bodes well that the palette aligns with an original adidas Samba colorway, with that shoe standing tall as one of the most sought-after models of the moment.

Currently, the Dunk Low “Black/Grey/White/Gum” is expected to release via Nike and retailers during the Holiday 2024 shopping season. Scroll through official images below if you think these can compete for a spot in your rotation.

If you’re a fan of the black/gum look but would prefer a different model, check out the likeminded Nike Field General.
