Wet, harsh weather is unfortunately not too far off, and Nike is getting well ahead of the curve. After announcing the return of the Air Force 1 Pro Tech in two colorways, Gore-Tex retoolings are entering the market once again to give you another stylish yet functional option.
The ballistic-like material takes over the overlays and the tongue, ensuring that no matter how wet an environment you’re trudging through this Fall and winter, you’re well-suited for the occasion. Up top, familiar tumbled leather drapes the top layer and the Swoosh, the latter displaying a flash of “Sequoia” olive tonality to break up an all-black profile. An official Gore-Tex emblem appears embroidered at the heel and on a co-branded tongue tag, the latter a staple of this retooling since it was brought back to the mainline in 2018.
The Nike Air Force 1 Gore-Tex “Black/Sequoia” releases this Holiday season, retailing at $150. Check out official images while we wait for a more concrete date.
