Nike’s Daybreak Type SE Gets Covered In “Light Armory Blue” Mesh

Nike’s Daybreak Type SE Gets Covered In “Light Armory Blue” Mesh

Since debuting in spring, the Nike Daybreak Type has garnered a loyal following among enthusiasts of modern-day, heritage-inspired propositions. Soon, the experimental silhouette will launch at retail in an eye-catching “Light Armory Blue/White/Pink Blast/Black” colorway.

Although the vibrant medley isn’t new to the Nike Sportswear model, it’s arrangement hasn’t appeared on the pair before. “Light Armory Blue” sets the stage for the handful of other tones that take over the overlays scattered throughout the upper, animating the breathable, but opaque mesh. Quarter panels indulge in a stark contrast “Pink Blast” hue that’s slightly tamed by the “Black” fabric around the toe. Suede covering part of the midsole and heel further deviate from the light blue base with a sand-reminiscent palette; remaining components divvy up a “White” and “Black” combination, although a “Concord”-esque tone joins the mix around the collar and inner lining, among other places.

No official release date is yet known, but this colorful Daybreak-variant is likely to launch quietly on Nike.com soon.

For more wild propositions from NIKE, Inc. check out the J Balvin x Air Jordan 1 arriving on December 8th.
