Nike Air Max 90 Adapts The “Ultramarine” Colorway

Nike Air Max 90 Adapts The “Ultramarine” Colorway

From “City Pack” and “Bubble Pack” to dozens of general releases, the Nike Air Max 90 has covered a lot of ground in the first three months of its 30th Anniversary. And with pairs like the “Reverse Duck Camo” dropping soon, the full extent of the ’90 silhouette’s 2020 roster has yet to be seen. While Nike is rumored to re-issue the runner’s debut “Infrared” arrangement for the holiday season, it’s first outfitting the latest AM 90 with “Solar Red” borrowed from the OG Air Max 180. Accompanying the vibrant scarlet, of course, is the signature “Ultramarine” hue. Profile Swooshes, upper eye stays, tongue branding and forefoot tread on the upcoming Air Max 90 all don the rich blue, while heel logos, bottom eye stays and Air unit enclosures favor “Solar Red.” Despite forgoing the Air Max 180’s mixed mesh and suede construction, top-halves fill in their flair-less gaps with “White” just like on the ’91 model; waffle outsoles follow suit.

No official release date is yet known for this Air Max 90, but pairs are likely to drop on Nike.com soon. In the meantime, enjoy a closer look at the shoes here below.
