Ugg has taken a high-shine approach to the classic slip-on slipper with its latest fall shoe style — and it’s one that’s out of this world.
Within its fall 2023 collection, the Southern Californian brand has dropped the online member-exclusive Hi Shine Spaceslider slides. The new $130 women’s style features a round-toed silhouette, complemented by metallic silver waterproof uppers.
For a technical flair, the high-shine set is overlaid with striped reflective white laces. The label’s signature ridged SugarSole EVA foam outsoles, which are sustainably sourced from sugarcane, comfortably complete the pair. The eco-friendly base is accented with a soft foam midsole for added comfort, while its lining is crafted from soft gray shearling for a cozy finish.

For those craving a darker take to the futuristic shoes, however, the brand has also released the style in a black colorway. This round-toed iteration includes the same rounded silhouette with glossy, faintly iridescent jet-black uppers and matching shearling lining. The set is topped by monochrome striped laces, while black soles and ridged SugarSole EVA outsoles finish the pair with a comfortable galactic twist.
Ugg’s new Spaceslider slippers are the label’s latest launch from its fall 2023 collection. This season, the brand has released a variety of shoes within its newest line, including puffed and quilted boots, shearling slippers, platform booties and more. Ugg has also continued its sustainability goals this fall with its eco-friendly “Regenerate” capsule collection, which includes shoes made with sustainably sourced materials.
