Madonna arrived in style to Luar’s spring 2025 presentation on Sept. 10 at Rockefeller Plaza, looking chic in a trench coat and unique peep-toe boots from Rick Owens.
Madonna has never been one to conform when it comes to fashion. The pop star made a bold entrance at the New York Fashion Week show in a beige double-breasted coat which stood out with structured oversized short sleeves; the garment cinched at the waist and fell past her knees.
The “Material Girl” singer accentuated the look with edgy latex gloves that went past her elbows; she also carried a boxy black purse and rocked a campy sunglasses look which seemed to be made up of not one, but two pairs of shades. The layered look made the smaller pair resemble googly eyes.
Madonna continued to think outside the box when it came to her footwear; she appeared to be wearing Rick Owens‘ Cantilever leather over-the-knee boots. The shoes are designed to hug the leg, providing a skin-tight look. One unique element of the design is the square toe, which features a subtle peep-toe opening. The other stand out feature is the sculptural heel, which provides a modern other-worldly aesthetic with a dramatic concave shape. The shoes retail from Mytheresa for $2,150 but are currently $1,505 with a 30% off sale.
Madonna was joined at the fashion show by the likes of Ice Spice and Bad Gyal. Offset and Solange’s son Julez Smith were among those who walked the runway. Smith and Madonna’s son David Banda also walked in the Off-White spring 2025 show this NYFW.
