Kamala Harris Meets Olivia Rodrigo in Coordinating Pink Power Suits & Skirts
Vice President Kamala Harris met with pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo this week during the singer’s visit to the White House. President Joe Biden recruited Rodrigo in an effort to help encourage younger generations to get vaccinated this summer.
The second in command and the “Drivers License” singer coincidentally coordinated attire for the meet-up as seen on Harris’ official Instagram account yesterday. The vice president kept up with her own signature style in a soft pink power suit layered with a white blouse and her favorite pearls.
The VP captioned the post: “@oliviarodrigo and I agree, vaccines—they’re ‘good 4 u.'”
For the occasion, the “Good 4 U” singer herself opted for a professional look that highlighted a pink and black Chanel checkered jacket with a peplum finish and a coordinating pencil skirt.
Giving the outfit a pop of bold Gen-Z style, Rodrigo then broke out the tallest set of heels for the meeting. The platform square-toe design featured smooth satin uppers with a securing strap across the ankle, layered with a quirky choice of black crew socks.

When it comes to her own personal style, Vice President Harris herself can be found in a mix of in-style silhouettes including sneakers from one brand in particular: Converse. The brand’s Chuck Taylor All Star silhouette is one of the politician’s most beloved footwear styles. She opts for a low-top version of the classic sneakers in a relaxed black and white colorway. The style is known for its retro look with exposed stitching, textured outsole and contrasting toe cap, all accented with signature All Star logos and patches.
