Jimmy Choo is ready for summer. The British footwear brand went to the French Riviera for its Beach 2024 collection, which was unveiled with an accompanying campaign on Thursday. The capsule features different footwear styles as well as handbags, swimwear and accessories.
The new collection incorporates the latest Choo house code of diamonds. The company has used the gem as an inspiration point for a print that’s available on some of the beachwear. The colors of that print — pink, baby blue, tan and red — are used across the collection’s footwear.
The shoes are largely chunky. The soft leather Rua 120 features a knotted bow and is a platform sandal with a block heel. The Ricia 95 features the same knot at the toe strap but incorporates a much thinner ankle strap.
Made of raffia with a Nappa leather trim, the Nako flat is a mule featuring a square peep toe and a pom pom. The Reka also features the knotted bow detail but is an espadrille. The Rali mule comes as a flat as well as a short heel, both featuring a pointed toe.
The campaign, shot in Ibiza, evokes the idea of sun-soaked vacations and the romance of beaches.
Jimmy Choo‘s most recent women’s campaign was for spring 2024, which featured boots, mules and more in a black and white graphic print.
