Giuseppe Zanotti has lifted the curtain on its Spring/Summer 2025 campaign, “The Essence of Beauty,” revealing an array of glamorous sandals ideal for forthcoming warm weather.
Featuring both black and white as well as color photographs, the campaign was photographed by Henrik Purienne in Paris. A description of the campaign reads in part, “Centered on a carefree yet assured woman — a modern muse who embodies the natural sensuality and refined elegance of Giuseppe Zanotti’s designs — the imagery beautifully captures the essence of contemporary femininity.”
The collection includes a nude-effect sandal, a slingback, a hand-woven Intriigo and a flat. The designer, who marked his 30th anniversary in 2024, has been going back to his roots in recent seasons, focusing on elegant, wearable styles that are versatile and focus on key silhouettes.
“With this campaign, I wanted to return to the essence of beauty — intimate, confident, and timeless,” said Zanotti. “Henrik Purienne’s lens perfectly captures the spirit of the collection: a celebration of natural sensuality, craftsmanship, and effortless elegance. True beauty is about authenticity and designs that transcend time.”
With three decades in business, Giuseppe Zanotti remains a highly relevant name in luxury footwear. In December 2024, the Italian brand celebrated its 30th anniversary by releasing a limited-edition capsule collection reinterpreting its Ring sandal.
Celebrities also help to keep the Zanotti label buzzy, with SZA and Taylor Swift among the stars who have donned shoes from the company lately. SZA wore a well-known sandal style featuring a fishbone design to the Grammys this month while Swift has cheered on Travis Kelce at Chiefs games this past NFL season in over-the-knee boots — in both burgundy and black. Not to mention, the brand also collaborated with Mary J. Blige, avowed boot lover, to create a slouchy over-the-knee boot in rose gold and white.
