Crocs Kicks Off Croctober With Crocodile-Embossed Cowboy Boots

Crocs is kicking off Croctober in style with the release of its Classic Cowboy boot.

The new boot-meets-clog style comes in black and features a glossy crocodile embossed finish accompanied by contrasting stark white western stitching. The calf-length footwear also includes shiny star-shaped Jibbitz charms along with spinning spur charms attached to the backstrap of the shoe.

On the rivet of the shoes, Crocs mascot Duke can be seen wearing his very own cowboy hat. The footwear drop aims to celebrate its passion-fueled, universal fan base Croc Nation.

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year – Croctober – a time to celebrate the most imaginative fans in the world and this year is no exception,” said Heidi Cooley, Chief Marketing Officer at Crocs. “Croc Day was born by our fans so we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate them than by bringing their ideas to life not just for one day, but all month long. At Crocs, we stan our fans!”

Crocs is also celebrating its fans this Croctober by unveiling a Crocstellation, a new constellation in the sky outlined as a giant Classic Clog. Croc Nation can take a peek at the Crocstellation by visiting crocs.com and Crocs’ platforms to access the exclusive AR filter and experience it for themselves.

Crocs’ Classic Cowboy Boot will be available for purchase on Crocs’ website starting Oct. 23, known as Croc Day.

This year alone, Crocs has dropped a myriad of unique silhouettes that often feature playful and inventive designs, expanding its footwear horizons in the process. Crocs has lent its iconic clog, boot and sandal silhouettes to many franchises including everything from video game franchises to food. The brand has dipped its proverbial toes into the worlds of Pop-Tarts, Crayola, Kanghyuk, Disney, Lisa Frank, Minecraft, Ron English, Pokemon and Aries in the past.
