Burberry‘s whimsical fall footwear has stepped off the runway and into stores.
The British brand’s first collection by creative director Daniel Lee has released its first offerings of fall footwear, including its tonal fuzzy heels — which made waves upon their debut on the label’s fall 2023 runway show. Now, the quirky range has been revealed in full with pre-ordered styles, available in hues of yellow, red, blue, dark green and purple.
One of the line’s key styles is the $1,290 Satin Step Fuzz sandals — a heeled blue sandal with squared toes, quilted leather footbeds and eight buckled upper straps. The pair is complete with thin 4.1-inch heels and deep purple shearling trim. The same pair, outside of its buzzy runway appearance, was also customized in a pointed-toe iteration for Dua Lipa this year.

A similar mule style is the Shearling Step Rose — a $1,190 square-toed style with wide fabric straps, twisted into the shape of gathered rosettes for a romantic edge. The slip-on shoe is finished with 4.1-inch heels for a sharp height boost, as well as soft shearling trim. This pair is available in two monochrome colorways; one deep purple, and the other warm yellow.

Shearling Step Rose Sandals
Burberry’s fuzzy sandal rotation is epitomized with the brand’s $1,250 Shearling Step Post — a square-toed style with thin 4.1-inch heels, quilted leather footbeds gathered fabric straps topped by thin buckled thong straps. Shearling trim completes the pair, as well as — for a whimsical spin — rounded shearling charms hanging off their heels, similar to traditional animal hunting trophies of rabbits’ feet or fox tails.

The range is complete with the simpler $950 Minnie mules: a 2.6-inch heeled style with wide straps covered in shearling. Though the short style is cast in monochrome colorways of yellow and red, a deep purple colorway with 4.1-inch heels has also been released as a taller counterpart.
