Stephen Curry Laced Up the First Under Armour Shoe He Ever Wore on Christmas — With Updates
For this year’s Christmas matchup, NBA superstar Stephen Curry opted to wear a throwback — with updates — from his early days with Under Armour.
Against the Los Angeles Lakers, the Golden State Warriors sharpshooter laced up the Curry Spawn FloTro, an updated version of the Under Armour Anatomix Spawn that he first laced up in 2013. The biggest difference between the original and the iteration that Curry wore on Christmas is UA Flow.
The Curry Spawn FloTro features ultralight and bouncy UA Flow cushioning technology underfoot and durable UA Flow outsoles, which were designed to offer improved court feel.

Aside from UA Flow, the Curry Spawn FloTro is built with multilayered uppers featuring mesh and TPU film for natural flex and stability, lateral reinforcement to support dynamic movements, plush collars for both improved comfort and lockdown around the ankle, and comfort-focused foam sockliners.
The colorway Curry wore on Christmas day is a bold one, highlighted by the eye-catching bright green sole unit, which was executed in Under Armour’s Hyper Green hue. The shoe also includes several other shades of green and black throughout.
The Curry Spawn FloTro is available now via Underarmour.com in unisex sizing and retails for $130.
