The Best Nike Sneakers Releasing in August

The 2024 Olympics are helping to ensure a packed slate for Nike in August.

Nike’s sneaker slate for the month is dominated by Olympic sneakers new and old, including the Kobe 4 first released in 2009 to celebrate his gold medal the year prior, an Air Max 180 worn by Michael Jordan in his “Dream Team” days and an early collaboration on Nike’s first-ever breakdancing sneaker, the Jam. Several new SB Dunks are also pegged to the Summer Games, and the drops won’t stop with the Closing Ceremony.

Outside of the Olympics, Nike is also bringing back the super rare KD 4 “Nerf” while launching Giannis Antetokounmpo’s sixth signature sneaker and introducing a new colorway of the Air Foamposite One for the DMV.

Below, Footwear News takes you through all the best Nike sneaker releases in August. This post will be updated throughout the month, and you can also find roundups for Air Jordan and Adidas sneakers releasing in August at the links.
