Nike Is Giving Its Foamposite Sneaker a Whiteout Similar to Its Landmark Comme des Garçons Collab
In 2021, Comme des Garçons made the first new mold for the Nike Air Foamposite One to create a rippled pattern evoking zen gardens. Available in all-black and all-white, the collaboration came with an eye-raising price of $520 — but now a chance is coming to get a look similar to the former for more than half of the coast.
The Nike Air Foamposite One “Triple White” sees one Nike‘s most innovative sneakers get a near whiteout. A pristine slate defines the majority of the shoe, including the molded upper and rubber outsole, and is interrupted only by black dots on the carbon fiber heel shank and Penny Hardaway heel branding in the same color.
While all-black Foamposites have been done before, never has its opposite color scheme appeared on the sneaker aside from the Comme des Garçons collaboration. The silhouette is traditionally given more bold coloring, which makes such a clean slate a refreshing deviation.

Nike has been going all-in on the Air Foamposite One in 2025, with the eager reception of the “Galaxy” edition helping to bring the spotlight back on the 1997 model highlighted by an expensive molding process to form its single-piece upper using pressure and heat. Brand-new colorways have included a pair reminiscent of the rare “ParaNorman” pair from 2012, as well an icy “Psychic Blue” and “Carbon Fiber” takeover.
Last year also helped lead into the bigger moment with an additional Comme des Garçons collaboration tied to the Paris Olympics and featuring a “Cat Eye” look, as well as two editions made in collaboration with the “Tekken” video game franchise.
The Nike Air Foamposite One “Triple White” doesn’t yet have a confirmed release date but will release at some point during summer or fall. Expect a drop through the Snkrs app and select third-party retailers. Pricing is set at $210.
