Kith Has Been Quietly Debuting Upcoming New Balance Collaborations
Ronnie Fieg’s powerhouse Kith brand has several new New Balance collaborations on the horizon but rather than the pomp that often comes with a sneaker reveal, the upcoming styles have been quietly tucked into lookbooks and product shots that even dedicated fans may have overlooked.
The upcoming Kith x New Balance projects include two colorways of the Boston-based athletic footwear brand’s new 2010 model, which has already been released at some overseas stores but has yet to receive a formal launch in the United States.
The Kith x New Balance 2010 styles are noticeably more colorful than much of the Fieg-led label’s output from the decade thus far, which has largely relied on earth tones and more muted palettes. One style is done up in mostly all-black — including the brand’s signature N logo, which is nearly obfuscated—with contrasting overlays in yellow, purple and pink. Meanwhile, a second Kith x New Balance 2010 opts for a decidedly springlike combination of pink, purple and light blue. Both pairs feature hits of reflective silver and co-branding at the tongue.

Elsewhere, Kith has also previewed upcoming collaborations on the made-in-UK 991v2 and the made-in-USA 992 silhouettes. The former is reminiscent of Kith’s numerous “Steel Blue” New Balance collaborations, while the 992 variation combines a denim blue upper with a salmon-esque outsole. Since the New Balance 992’s anticipated resurgence this year, the Kith colorway is the second collaboration to surface following the launch of Joe Freshgoods’ “Aged Well” project.
In related news, Kith launched Thursday a drawing for a new collaboration with Swiss brand On. According to a social media post by Fieg, demand was so high for the sneakers that Kith pivoted to a preorder with pairs expected to ship within five months time.
Despite these covert reveals, exact release dates and details for the Kith x New Balance collaborations have not been announced. However, readers can expect all of the pairs pictured here to arrive during the spring ’25 season.
