Steph Curry‘s famous habit of chewing on his mouthguard has inspired a two-pack of sneakers from his Curry Brand at Under Armour.
The Curry 1 and Curry 11 take on coordinating “Mouthguard” colorways featuring a blue and white gradient intended to celebrate Curry’s nature as a “prankster” for April Fool’s Day. Blue is more dominant on the upper of the Curry 11, the latest model in Steph’s Under Armour series, while the retro Curry 1 features a more elaborate arrangement of the two colors.
The Curry 11 boasts a dual-density UA Flow sole unit without a true outsole in the sense of a separate, attached piece. A 3D-molded heel counter provides support along with a Pebax plate at the forefoot, while an internal midfoot shank adds stability.

Unlike the Flotro series of Curry shoes which remasters older models, the Curry 1 retro maintains its original specs, including an AnaFoam upper and Charged Cushioning in the midsole.
The Curry 1 and Curry 11 “Mouthguard” is officially scheduled to release Monday, April 1, for April Fool’s Day, but those with Member Access on Under Armour’s website can purchase both sneakers now. Pricing for the Curry 1 is set at $150 and the Curry 11 $160.
