A Denim Air Jordan 4 Is Coming This Summer
Back in 2018, Jordan Brand partnered with Levi’s for an Air Jordan 4 available in either indigo, black or white denim. Distressing by consumers gave the sneaker even more looks, and now a new denim Air Jordan 4 is coming from in-house.
The Air Jordan 4 “Denim” will release late this summer as a women’s-exclusive. Two lighter washes are used throughout the all-denim upper, as stonewashed denim covers most of the lower paneling. Bleached denim takes over the higher territory, including the tongue, while the heel counter is split down the middle between the two washes. Jumpman branding appears on the heel, and embroidery depicts the grid of the model’s standard mesh windows. A special gold-tone “Family” script lace dubrae is used, and a white midsole sits atop a white and gum outsole.
Word of the latest denim Air Jordan 4s began surfacing last year, with shaky images coming in March. A proper look at the sneaker now comes via official images from JD Sports.

Jordan Brand has been going heavy on the Air Jordan 4 in 2024 and 2025, bringing back the original “Bred,” “White Cement” and “Industrial Blue” colorways the former of which came “Reimagined” in leather rather than nubuck. It’s also introduced the Air Jordan 4 RM model, short for “Restomod,” which debuted with a Nigel Sylvester collaboration prior to the BMX rider dropping the Air Jordan 4 “Brick by Brick.” The hit Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 from 2023 returned in a new “Navy” colorway this year, and later in 2025 will come the return of the iconic Undefeated collab from 2004. And as if all that weren’t enough, Jordan Brand introduced a more heavily netted version of the sneaker as well.
As this outpouring suggests, the Air Jordan 4 is one of the most beloved models in the series. It’s the second Air Jordan designed by Tinker Hatfield.
The Air Jordan 4 “Denim” will release August 9 through the Snrks app and select third-party retailers. Pricing is set at $215.
