The much-anticipated restock of the Air Jordan 1 High “Lost and Found” finally took place yesterday exclusively on the Nike SNKRS app and as expected, sizes of the classic style sold out within minutes. For fans who struck out, they can still buy a pair on the secondary marketplace.
On StockX, the lowest asking price of the Air Jordan 1 High “Lost and Found” at the time of publication is at $253 for a men’s size 4, with the price going as high as $480 for a men’s size 11.5.
Nike and Jordan Brand first hinted at the restock of the Air Jordan 1 High “Lost and Found” last week when both brands shared a cryptic message about the re-release on the SNKRS app last week that asked fans what their reaction would be if the shoe were to release again.

The Air Jordan 1 High “Lost and Found” was originally released in November and is the latest version of the original “Chicago” colorway. According to the brand, the style was inspired by what an original Air Jordan 1 from 1985 would look like if found decades later in a dusty stock room.
The shoe dons a traditional Chicago Bulls-inspired white, red, and black color scheme on the cracked leather upper as a nod to the aging effect that the shoe would naturally receive. The shoe also comes with sail-colored tongues and midsoles, as well as an aged red outsole. The vintage look continues with cracked ankle collars, newspaper-inspired wrapping paper along with a mismatched box.
The original release of the retro high-tops was made available via SNKRS and at select Jordan Brand retailers, dropping in full-family sizing, with prices ranging between $50 to $180.
“The shoe harkens back to a time when shoe boxes were often lost in inventory stock rooms, only to be found again years later,” Nike said when they first launched. The design team’s goal with the distressed sneaker was to deliver a nostalgic “time travel moment,” for consumers, especially those of younger generations.
One of the most common indications that 1985 Air Jordan 1s had aged was a cracked, faded ankle collar. The black leather material used was prone to dry out and would eventually start cracking with continuous wear and time. So naturally, it was key for the Chicago “Lost & Found” to feature that weathered look around the ankle to mimic those OG pairs from the ’80s. The toebox and side panels also featured a subtle cracked appearance to achieve this vision.
It was also important for the midsoles to have a slightly yellowed hue, as this is how a pair left in a box for years without proper maintenance would look.
Ultimately, the idea behind the shoe was for the design to speak to those older Bulls fans from back in the day, while also giving new sneakerheads a taste of what the OG AJ1 Chicago was like. For instance, each pair comes in a damaged box covered in sale stickers and topped with a mismatched replacement lid. Every box also includes a vintage receipt meant to recreate those collectors might find in deadstock shoeboxes.
