Bape and Adidas Originals are giving the Stan Smith a new update.
For their latest collaboration, which continues the Japenese streetwear brand’s 30th-anniversary celebrations, they covered the classic sneaker style with Bape’s signature ABC Camo print. The new design also features gold lace jewels and camo-printed sock liners.
The limited-edition shoe will officially be released on Feb. 10, and it will be available at bape.com and selected retailers. The packaging consists of a co-branded box inspired by Bape’s milestone.

This is the third and final iteration of the Adidas Originals and Bape collaboration in celebration of the Japanese label’s anniversary. They first released the Stan Smith in cloud white on November 2023. The style replaced the Stan Smith portrait on the tongue with Bape’s Ape logo in gold.
Bape was founded in 1996 in Tokyo. The brand is known for creating original patterns, including the ABC Camo, and characters, such as Ape Head, Shark Hoodie and Baby Milo. Over the years, Bape has expanded worldwide and it’s now present in the U.S., U.K., France, China and other Asian countries.
Bape is also known for its endless collaborations with international brands, including Coach, Levi’s, New Balance, Swatch, MCM and others.
Meanwhile, Adidas Originals announced a new collection with Song for the Mute on Feb. 5, which features the SFTM-003 sneaker reimagined in three new colorways. The collection will be available to purchase with the rollout of Song for the Mute’s spring 2024 collection.
