A Ma Maniére Reveals Third Jordan Air Ship Sneaker With Short Film ‘Obsess the Details’
A Ma Maniére has released “Obsess The Details,” a short film that reveals the story and inspiration for its third exclusive collaborative shoe with Nike’s Air Jordan footwear line, the A Ma Maniére Air Ship, launching on March 22.
The “Obsess The Details” short film draws from the 12 Maniére Values, or guiding principles that inform the brand’s work, vision and mission. The opening line of “Obsess The Details” states, “It’s in the details where greatness truly resides.”
The film focuses on the pursuit of perfection through repetition and features appearances from Bobby Carter, the executive producer of the award-winning NPR Tiny Desk series, Keem Hughley, owner and founder of Afro-futuristic culinary experience Bronze, and architect Jimmie Drummond.

The principles stressed in “Obsess The Details” were also present within A Ma Maniére’s previous “Understand The Why” campaign that premiered last year ahead of the brand’s second collaboration with Nike on the A Ma Maniére Jordan Air Ship in a white and black colorway.
Continuing the partnership between the two brands, the newest iteration of the A Ma Maniére Air Ship sneaker will feature a classic high-top silhouette along with a forest green and white colorway.
Additionally, the sneakers will feature a smooth leather upper, perforated leather toe box, suede side panels, a suede heel counter and suede logo-shaped patches stitched on the side panels. The shoes will also be adorned with a printed logo on the back of the collar, a nylon tongue, front lacing, a rubber midsole and rubber outsole.
The third A Ma Maniére Air Ship sneaker will launch on March 22 at amamaniere.com, alongside
a second A Ma Maniére x Jordan 365 Essentials apparel collection and new A Ma Maniére label Green apparel assortment.
