Neymar Jr. and Puma have joined forces to launch a vibrant “Creativity Collection.”
Today, the German footwear company released a line of jersey, shorts, training accessories and off-pitch apparel with the soccer star. Included in the drop are the new Future Z 1.1 Creativity Football Boot.
The football boot pays tribute “to the game’s most exciting players, the creative mavericks who stand out with skill and speed of thought, shaping the game to their version with every move, every play, every action to drive the opposition crazy,” Puma shared in a press release.
When it comes to construction, the Future Z is built around an adaptive FuzionFit+ compression band that provides lock-in and support. The upper is made of a knitted material that is coated with a thin layer of GripControl Pro to provide superior touch and ball control. The shoe is then finished with a Dynamic Motion System outsole that has been designed for advanced traction.

The shoe is adorned with graphics, splashes of color that represent joy and inspiration to “celebrate the game’s most creative playmaker.”
The apparel launches today at Puma.com and the football boot will make its debut when Neymar takes to the pitch in the upcoming PSG vs. Lyon Ligue 1 fixture on March 21.
FN confirmed in August of last year that Neymar was no longer a Nike athlete. Before his departure, Neymar was a longtime ambassador for the brand, having revealed a special edition boot with Nike back in April 2020. The internationally-known athlete also helped deliver the first-ever soccer range for the company’s Jordan Brand label in October 2016, which made Neymar the first player to don Jumpman branding on the pitch.
