New Balance’s commitment to healthy, active lifestyles starts from within.
The sportswear brand kicked off Global Running Day on Wednesday with company-wide associate-led runs across 23 international locations.

An estimated 1,100 associates, along with Team New Balance elite athletes and runners, are participating from branches in Australia, China, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.
U.S. Olympian Emma Coburn, Canadian Olympic marathoner Eric Gillis and British-born long-distance runner Julia Bleasdale are among those sharing their Global Running Day activities.
The label is also participating in a social media component, encouraging fans to promote the wellness movement — an evolution of National Running Day — by using the hashtags “#seemyrun” and “#globalrunningday” and tagging “@nbrunning.”
Children are also encouraged to participate by running at least one lap during their recess time at school.
