The Cleveland Cavaliers took a 2-0 series lead over the Boston Celtics with a 99-91 win Tuesday. Cleveland’s scoring was led by Nike-sponsored ballers LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, who scored 56 of the team’s 99 points.
Both James and Irving took the court at Quicken Loans Arena on Tuesday in player-edition versions of their latest signature shoes, the LeBron 12 and the Kyrie 1, respectively.
James wore an all white LeBron 12 against the Celtics, with a translucent outsole. The only color on the shoes was in the form of a gold swoosh on the outside of the shoe and a maroon swoosh on the toecap, along with gold and maroon accents on the tongue and eyelets.

Irving’s player-edition of his first-ever signature shoe, the Kyrie 1, was far more colorful. The shoes were entirely maroon and gold; the upper was predominantly maroon, featuring a gold swoosh and outsole, with gold accents along the tongue, liner, eyelets and laces.
The two Cleveland stars have editions of their signature shoes releasing this week. Irving is first up with the Home edition of his Kyrie 1, with an April 24 release date. The shoe is mostly white with gray along the outsole and lining. The shoe also boasts infrared on the outsole and accents throughout the shoe, and black on the swoosh and tongue.
The LeBron 12 EXT Rubber City will follow the Home edition of the Kyrie 1, with an April 25 release date. The shoe is entirely black; with a silver swoosh on the side and a translucent outsole.
James and Irving will look to take a 3-0 series lead over the Cavaliers on Thursday when they face-off at the TD Garden in Boston. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
