Crocs and Salehe Bembury Unveil More Photos of the Juniper Sneaker in Tahini Colorway

Crocs and Salehe Bembury‘s second iteration of the Juniper sneaker is set for release on Sept. 13 from crocs.co.uk.
The first edition of Crocs’ first-ever sneaker featured a Guava colorway in hues of green and light pink; following that May release, the shoe will now be available in a more neutral option known as Tahini, which features a white upper and beige sole. The unique silhouette boasts ventilation holes on the heel and front upper to provide breathability in addition to responsive cushioning which offers provide all-day support. The sneaker stands out with Pollex molding around the sole enhanced with TPU detailing. Nylon cushioning supports the ankles while a pull tab in the back helps with putting it on and removing it.
Crocs and Salehe Bembury are known for releasing shoes with a distinctive sculpted aesthetic; the “fingerprint” concave ridges are Bembury’s signature design. Three years into their extensive partnership, Crocs and Bembury have released plenty of collaborative shoes, from the first Pollex clog to the more recent Saru clog. The team was honored with the award for Collection of the Year at the Footwear News Achievement Awards in 2023.

An official press release for the Juniper sneaker reads, “Over the last three years, Crocs and Salehe have proven their design language is a success based on the overwhelming response to the Pollex collection. Now, the two icons continue to explore new silhouettes that resonate with consumers and provide them with more opportunities to champion form and function.”
The release continues, “The Juniper Sneaker represents a new direction for the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Collection. When creating the Juniper, Salehe took design cues from the Pollex Clog and merged them with Crocs’ personalization DNA, bringing form, function and self-expression together to create an
accessible silhouette.”
