Bait wraps up its three-way collaboration with Diadora and DreamWorks this weekend with a shoe that evokes the spirit of iconic cartoon hero He-Man’s arch enemy.
The Bait x DreamWorks Masters of the Universe x Diadora N9000 Skeletor drops Aug. 13 and will retail for $220. The shoe will be available in all seven Bait locations as well as online through a raffle.
The N9000, inspired by the “Evil Lord of Destruction,” boasts deep purple and Skeletor blue on its upper, made of premium nubuck, velvet suede and leather. The Skeletor can be laced with three rope-lace options — deep purple, Skeletor blue and two-tone laces featuring the purple and blue hues. The shoe is completed with a white midsole and a deep purple outsole.
The limited-edition sneaker features exclusive Skeletor soccer artwork on the insole, paired with Bait, Diadora and Masters of the Universe branding. The box the shoe comes in also has Skeletor artwork alongside Bait, Diadora and Masters of the Universe branding.

Prior to the Skeletor release, Bait dropped the Where’s Wally S8000 and Felix the Cat N9000 in July, and the Shrek N9000 in June.
Bait owner Peng Cheng revealed exclusively to Footwear News in April that the store entered a partnership with Diadora and DreamWorks. The collaboration was comprised of six shoes, five using Diadora’s N9000 and S8000 silhouettes — Kung Fu Panda, Where’s Wally (Waldo), Shrek, Felix the Cat, Skeletor and a Copa América soccer tournament-inspired cleat using Diadora’s classic Brasil ITA OG silhouette.
