Steph Curry is continuing to enjoy the short break between the Olympics and the start of training camp for the upcoming 2024-2025 NBA season in style.
Strolling through New York City, Curry showcased two different notable footwear styles throughout the course of the evening. The 4-time NBA champion was first spotted leaving a taping of Stephen Colbert’s “The Late Show” in a pair of Under Armour’s Unisex UA Forge 96 Shoes in the Gray Matter colorway. The chunky sneakers that included a thick white base likely measuring 1.5 inches in height.
Grey and white overlays could be found throughout the shoe, which itself was complemented by white laces. Curry paired his kicks with a dark navy blue leather jacket which sat overtop of a white t-shirt, and dark jeans.
Later on that night, the gold medalist switched outfits and shoes, this time being spotted in a pair of Bottega Veneta Haddock Lace-Up Ankle Boots, priced at $ 1,700, that offered a clean and polished look. The shoes were a light wood color and were completed by a black rubber outsole, which is known for its durability, grip and traction. Curry completed the rest of his ensemble with a relaxed lime green cotton twill jacket, a white cotton rib jersey tank and oversized baggy denim trousers also by Bottega.
As for the sneakers, most of the time Curry can be found wearing Under Armour as he has been signed to the brand since 2013. During the course of the 2024 Paris Olympics, the NBA star debuted his upcoming Curry 12 signature shoe, which featured a limited North American release in August. A wider global release is scheduled for fall.
