Crep Protect, a sneaker protection and care brand, has unveiled a new product to help restore suede shoes to their original glory. Crep Protect Suede Reviver is a three-in-one spray and brush combination catered toward suede and nubuck sneakers that have been affected by repeated wear and exposure to the elements.
Suede and nubuck are similar animal hide products known to be less durable than classic leather, acquiring stains more easily; the Suede Reviver is looking to address this issue. An official description of the Reviver reads, “Are your favourite suede and nubuck sneakers looking lifeless? Don’t stress, because the Crep Protect Suede Reviver is here to bring them back to life. This innovative care solution is designed to nourish, condition, and restore the original vibrancy and texture of your beloved kicks.”
The kit offers a 45 mm spray bottle described as “perfect for on-the-go sneaker care,” in addition to a hard and soft brush; Crep says that the former is more appropriate for thicker, textured suede while the latter is better for delicate, fine textures.

Using the Suede Reviver is meant to be an easy four-step process, with the company describing it as “a breeze.” Customers can spray the solution onto clean sneakers and give them time to dry in a well-ventilated space before brushing them with a hard or soft brush to bring the nap back to life.
Crep promises that the Reviver will both nourish and condition the fabric of sneakers in addition to brightening its color. The three-in-one kit can be found at JD Sports and online at crepprotect.com, retailing for 12 euros.
