    European ‘It’ brand By Far has been at the forefront of the ’90s nostalgia craze, and continues to be for spring ’20 with a collection of shoes and bags largely inspired by ’90s icons like Rachel Green of “Friends,” Princess Diana and the cast of “Sex and the City.” Here, its Ceni mini heel is worn with Chan Luu pearl and multistone gold anklets and Agolde’s ’90s loose-fit jeans in Portal wash.

    The ’90s had its own nostalgia craze, with ’60s- and ’70s-inspired platforms, lava lamps and retro silhouettes. In 1990, dance band Deee-Lite released its funky hit “Groove is in the Heart,” with lead singer Lady Miss Kier rocking some groovy looks in its psychadelic music video.
