Kerry Washington married husband Nnamdi Asomugha, a former NFL player, actor and up-and-coming filmmaker, in 2013. Washington and Asomugha keep their relationship out of the public eye but often support one another at various events, whether she’s at Tribeca Film Festival for his directorial debut or he’s joining her at the ceremony to receive her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Additional events they’ve attended together include the Met Gala and various awards shows.
The couple maintains a fashionable aesthetic which, of course, encompasses their footwear. Asomugha often keeps it classic with sophisticated lace-up dress shoes or loafers while Washington often slips on an elegant heel, be it a pump or sandal silhouette.
