Jenna Ortega, Lars Knudsen, Stephen Park, Will Poulter, Anthony Carrigan, Sunita Mani, Téa Leoni, Lucas Joaquin, and Drew Houpt attended A24’s “Death Of A Unicorn” New York Screening at AMC’s Lincoln Square Theater on March 11 in New York City. Ortega arrived wearing a pair of Christian Louboutins while her costar Téa Leoni threw on a pair of green Sneex.
Director Alex Scharfman was also in attendance and posed for photos alongside Ortega, the movie’s protagonist. Scharfman also wrote the script for the film, which centers around a man named Elliot (Paul Rudd) and his daughter Ridley (Jenna Ortega) who accidentally hit and kill a unicorn with their car and bring it to the wilderness retreat of a mega-wealthy pharmaceutical CEO who is his boss. The boss tries to exploit the creature’s miraculous curative properties and they all must deal with the horrific results that come from it. The horror film premiered at SXSW over the weekend and is set to hit theaters on March 28.
