A slew of stars appeared on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” to welcome 2025 with exciting performances. Rita Ora, who co-hosted with Ryan Seacrest, wore many outfits throughout the night; at one point, she donned chic black heeled boots while performing on stage. A myriad of other striking shoes could be seen, from Kesha’s bright red boots to Tinashe’s two-toned pumps to Carrie Underwood’s sparkling boots.
