Koio is spreading holiday cheer this season, thanks to a themed twist on its signature shoes.
Within a new holiday capsule collection, the footwear brand has revamped two of its staple women’s styles in the spirit of winter festivities. The first is its popular Fabro sneakers, which feature a low-top silhouette with hand-distressed white laces, rubber soles and the label’s signature double-facing “K’ logo. However, this $236 (was $295) style is cast with sparkly gold glitter across its uppers for a dose of glamorous glitz.
A similar sparkly makeover can be seen in the capsule on the brand’s Brera loafers. This $236 (was $295) style is coated in gold glitter across its LWG-certified leather uppers, with a preppy flair bestowed from the shoe’s staple penny straps and low-heeled stacked leather soles.
Rounding out the range is another Brera loafer style, complete with the same low-heeled silhouette. However, this $236 (was $295) style’s smooth, glossy leather uppers are given a bold makeover with a vibrant red hue — channeling the same bright tone as holly berries for a festive flair.
Koio’s holiday 2023 capsule collection is now live on the brand’s website. The label is the latest to release a limited-edition holiday capsule line or themed shoes this winter. Previously, brands including J.Crew, Ugg and Charles & Keith have also leaned into the spirit of the season with a range of new collections, as well.
