From Gwen Stefani’s Sky-High Platforms to Miranda Lambert’s Metallic Sandals, the Best Shoes at ACM Awards 2024
The AMC Awards 2024 brought out country music’s biggest stars, and this year, the artists left their cowboy boots at home. While Western-inspired footwear continues to trend, many of the guests walking the red carpet on Thursday in Frisco, Texas, ditched cowboy-core for high heels.
Leading the pack? Gwen Stefani. She walked the carpet alongside husband Blake Shelton wearing sky-high platforms and fishnets. She paired the bronze metallic Roberto Cavalli platforms with a feathered jacket and matching mini skirt. The duo hit the stage to perform their song “Purple Irises.”
Singer Hannah Ellis also made a shoe statement, wearing Alexandre Birman’s Karina sandals. The silver metallic heeled sandals were detailed with a snake print design and shimmering crystals adorned on the straps.

Metallics were trending on the ACM red carpet with Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild seen in silver from head to toe. She paired knee-high boots from designer Gia Borghini with a matching one-sleeved mini dress.
Miranda Lambert also opted for silver metallic wearing a pair of lace-up strappy sandals.
Performers at the 59th Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards include Kane Brown, Miranda Lambert, Post Malone, Chris Stapleton and more. Early winners were Megan Moroney, Nate Smith, and Tigirlily Gold. The show is streaming live on Prime Video, with a red carpet pre-show featuring Megan Moroney. Presenters include Alabama, Little Big Town, Sara Evans and Little Big Town.
