Represent and Duke + Dexter have come together on a new collaboration.

The two UK-based brands have teamed up to launch a 20-piece collection featuring footwear, ready-to-wear and accessories that take inspiration from American workwear and traditional 1960s craftsmanship techniques.

For the footwear, the collaborated collection features three classic Duke + Dexter silhouettes. These include the black woven penny loafer, black suede rattan penny loafer and the barley mule loafer, all of which are handcrafted from Italian leather or suede in England, with a traditionally inspired dual lock-up removable co-branded coin inside the mask. Each shoe displays a collaboration custom digitally printed design to the Ieather lining.

More specifically, the black woven wilde penny loafer is crafted from a premium durable Italian leather upper with a woven leather design across the vamp and features a 25mm compounded rubber sole.

The black suede rattan penny loafer features a 100 percent cotton woven bohemian design across the vamp, upon a soft Italian suede upper.

And the mule loafer is a refreshed take on summertime footwear. Made in a barley colorway, the style has the classic shaping of a loafer, with a heel-less back for mule functionality.

In addition to these three shoe styles, two pairs of store-exclusive penny loafers will also be released in limited quantities. These include a black and white woven pair for the London pop-up, and a pink pair for the Represent store in Los Angeles.

As for the clothing offering, the two companies have created a capsule featuring a multi patch carpenter jacket, a logo lock-up vest, hoodies, T-shirts, denim, a cap and a bandana.

This news comes months after Represent opened its first store in Los Angeles in April. The 3,100-square-foot space at 461 North Robertson Boulevard is in a trendy neighborhood shared with boutiques for H. Lorenzo, Maxfield and Chrome Hearts. The large space, filled with high ceilings and Restoration Hardware furniture, will also house an office for growing the company’s U.S. business.

As for Duke + Dexter, its new tie-up adds to the footwear brand’s growing list of collaborators, which also include Playboy, Soho Yacht Club, and Leonard Iheagwam, a.k.a. Soldier.
