The New Levi’s x Disney Apparel Collection Includes Rare Mickey Mouse Art from Keith Haring

Levi’s is celebrating the late and legendary artist Keith Haring with a new customizable collection.
Disney lovers will rejoice, as the collection includes t-shirts, hoodies, trucker hats, jeans and denim jackets that feature graphics from Haring’s Mickey Mouse art.
Shoppers will not only honor Haring but also be able to make the art their own, as his work can be printed in a range of layouts and color combinations. The prints show illustrations of Mickey blended with Haring’s signature abstract designs, with some set atop vibrant backgrounds.

For example, one graphic include Haring’s painting of Mickey appearing on a TV screen as two figures hold up the device.
Additionally, the collection includes Levi’s Future Finish Jeans with an all-over graphic pattern of Haring’s artwork and Mickey Mouse engraved onto a selection of Levi’s denim.
For the real Disney and Haring fanatic, Levi’s is providing customization options for Trucker Jackets at select stores. Shoppers will be able to select different graphic back panel options as well as collar and trim fabric that all feature Haring’s iconic symbols and imagery. Shoppers can also shop two pre-customized Trucker Jackets on the Levi’s app. The collaborative collection launches April 8 at Levis.com and will range from $25 to $298 in price.
Haring first unveiled Mickey Mouse artwork in 1981 and continued to release more work with the Disney character in 1982, 1983, 1985, 1986 and 1988. The iconic artist died in 1990 at the age of 31. He has since been praised as one of the best street artists of our time.
