Yara Shahidi is wearing fancy shoes around New York City. The actress was in town to make an appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show” to promote her “The Optimist Project” podcast. While there, she wore a lace dress, oversized coat and pair of Christian Louboutin heels.
The heels were released in 2022. They are the Christian Louboutin Hot Lip pumps in suede. They combine Louboutin’s long-running Hot Chick style with a bijou heel heel that was first introduced in 2022. That signature heel is inspired by the company’s Rouge Louboutin lipstick’s gold case. It was added to a variety of designs including boots, sandals and more. Cardi B has previously worn heels from that range.
From the Hot Chick, the shoe pulled the scalloped collar. The footwear also features the lacquered red sole that has become a Louboutin signature.

The Hot Chick silhouettes from Louboutin are popular. This year, the Hot Chick Sling has been worn most notably. Selena Gomez has worn the Hot Chick Sling in red and black. Greta Gerwig took the black version to the Cannes International Film Festival. But the classic Hot Chick pump has been cropping up as well: earlier this month, Jennifer Lopez wore the Hot Chick pump in white to a screening of “Unstoppable.”
Shahidi was styled by Jason Bolden, who has worked with the actress for years.
