The sandals were constructed in patent leather material, which in turn emphasized their glossy appearance. Present on the toe box was a teal bedazzled strap. Additionally there was a secondary glitter strap on her ankle that was designed in a criss cross shape. The model paired her glamorous look with a strapless mini halter dress that had a slight slit on the side.
She accessorized her look with a pair of dangling earrings and a silver clutch.

Glitzy footwear is a staple for Harlow when it comes to her red carpet appearances and special events. For the “Le Comte De Monte-Cristo” red carpet during the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals in France last month, the supermodel wore a stylish look in black, patent leather slingback stilettos that featured a pointed-toe design and a strap around the ankle.
The shoes were finished with a stiletto heel measuring approximately 4-inches with a neutral colored sole. For the Vinivia App launch in Los Angeles this past April, Harlow opted for a pair of metallic strappy sandals that included a plush, padded textile upper, a strappy lace-up silhouette that secured the foot, cross-front foot bands for visual flair, a square-toe design and a slender stiletto heel that measured between 3 to 4 inches.

Perhaps, her most daring footwear look yet, was a pair of ballerina slippers worn during Matty Bovan’s spring 2024 show during London Fashion Week while walking through St. Martin-in-the-Fields. Those shoes featured a tonal pink colorway, closed counters and wide flat bows for added formality. The stilettos were finished with a thin stiletto heel measuring at least 4 inches in height, and rosy pink silk ribbon straps that crossed over the front of her legs.
