Venus Williams is making her mark at Paris Fashion Week this year. The tennis champion showcased a bold look on the front row at Louis Vuitton‘s star-studded show in Paris on Monday.
Joining other celebrities affiliated with the French luxury fashion house, like Jennifer Connelly and Jaden Smith, Williams posed for photos ahead of the show. She wore Louis Vuitton’s “Illusion” ankle boots, a pointy hand-painted style that was made to give the appearance of a ribbed white sock worn with black heels.
The unique calf leather boots were complete with brown trim, medial side zippers, Louis Vuitton’s logo subtly embroidered on the side and a slender heel measuring just under 4 inches. The surrealist style, which debuted on the runway at the brand’s fall 2023 show, will cost you $2,470.

The rest of the tennis player’s outfit consisted of a black bodysuit featuring a plunging sheer neckline and leopard print shorts cinched at the waist with a thick black leather belt. She layered an oversized black blazer with contrasting white shawl lapels on top. Pulling the sleek look together, she added a boxy black leather Louis Vuitton trunk bag and black square sunglasses.
Williams stepping out for the Louis Vuitton show follows her appearance at the Chloé show last week. The former world No. 1 sat on the front in a white lace dress and brown leather sandals featuring shiny gold hardware. Her schedule has been jam-packed recently, as she also hit the New York Fashion Week scene to attend Lacoste’s 90th anniversary party. The legendary athlete wore another chic black-and-white look for the occasion.
