Usha Vance spoke to a crowd on stage on day three of the Republican National Convention held yesterday in Milwaukee, Wis. Usha was joined by her husband and Republican vice presidential candidate, U.S. Sen. J.D. Vance. Both husband and wife gave speeches to the convention crowd.
Usha donned a pair of classic black sandal heels. The simplistic style featured glossy black leather uppers, adjustable buckle closures, thick and sturdy straps around the ankles and atop her toes and sturdy 2 to 3-inch thick block heels. The trial lawyer’s pair are exceedingly popular among political and public figures alike. The versatile style is not unlike the ones seen sported by the likes of Taylor Swift, Rachel Zegler, Natalie Portman and Lindsey Vonn, among others.
Similarly neutral styles can be purchased from both high-end and affordable brands like Staud, Jimmy Choo, Coach and Christian Louboutin. Sandal styles are perfect for summer, offering the wearer a breezy open-toed construction that allows for breathability. Heeled or otherwise, sandals have quickly become a closet staple for most.
The Yale Law School graduate opted for a pop of color, clad in a bright blue midi-length dress in a form-fitted style. The garment sat off-the-shoulder in an asymmetrical draped style that transitioned into short sleeves and a straight pencil-esque skirt that stopped just below the knees. The simplistic look aptly complimented the equally uncomplicated sandals Usha chose to wear. The style is formal and plain but flattering.
Delegates, politicians and Republicans have gathered in Milwaukee for the annual convention, concluding with former President Donald Trump accepting his party’s presidential nomination. The Republican National Convention takes place from July 15-18. The 4-day convention is broadcast across the world and hosts upwards of 50,000 guests in Milwaukee, including the delegates who will nominate the next President and Vice President of the United States.
