Tyga attended the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show held tonight in New York.
The “Taste” rapper took to the pastel pink carpet in a pair of jet-black boots. The performer’s footwear choice for the night included a chunky silhouette, bulbous toes and rugged non-slip tread, giving the style a utilitarian feel. The seemingly ankle-length style is one both rappers and actors alike gravitate towards, especially once the weather gets colder.
Tyga’s pick can be likened to boots from the likes of top brands including Timberland, Alexander McQueen, Dunhill, Prada, Louis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren, among others. The rugged silhouette is often associated with rap culture and street style, especially Timberland.
The brand is and will always be a fixture of hip-hop, seen on famous rappers from Pharrell Williams to Notorious B.I.G. No matter the brand, the work boot silhouette is timeless and rugged, bringing a touch of edge to just about any ensemble.

On the outfit front, the “Freaky Deaky” singer got pink carpet ready in an all-black ensemble matching his footwear flawlessly. Going for a grungy look, the performer cozied up in an oversized black leather jacket layered over a black top. As for bottoms, the star kept the grunge vibes going with black leather trousers in a relaxed fit. Tyga’s pants were kept in place with a Chrome Hearts belt with a striking silver buckle.
The 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show follows the annual show’s five-year hiatus. The show will take place tonight Oct. 15 via the brand’s flagship store in New York. The show will air at 7 p.m. EST on Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Live, as well as the brand’s YouTube, Instagram and TikTok pages. Tyra Banks will don her wings again alongside models Alessandra Ambrosio, Gigi Hadid, Barbara Palvin, Behati Prinsloo, Jasmine Tookes, Taylor Hill, Adriana Lima and a slew of others.
