Tracee Ellis Ross sported a black tux and red heels on Thursday’s episode of “Late Night With Seth Meyers” on NBC. During the show, Ross spoke about why she adores being in her 50s, valuing the chaos of being in a big family and her experiences while filming her new holiday movie “Candy Cane Lane” with Eddie Murphy.
For the show, Ross sported a pair of bright red “slipper” heels from Femme Los Angeles. The vibrant Versailles style in “Rouge” was crafted of red leather uppers that transitioned into thin crisscrossing straps threaded through contrasting silver buckles that aimed at keeping the shoes in place.
Additionally, the thespian’s shoes featured triangular toes, a backless slip-on construction and thin 3 to 4 inch stiletto heels that gave Ross a substantial boost. The striking red pair brought life to her look, while creating an element of welcomed contrast.

Going mostly monochrome, Ross donned a sleek black tuxedo dress in an oversized style featuring satin lapels and structural shoulders. The classicly tailored piece was accompanied by black nylon legging-esque trousers featuring a unique glossy finish.
Ross always gives a masterclass in style. Her shoe wardrobe is just as impressive, ranging from pumps to sandals and boots from labels like Versace, Andrea Wazen and Gucci, among other top brands. When she’s not in heels, the Golden Globe Award winner will likely complete her looks with various sneaker silhouettes. She always offers sneaker outfit inspiration by proving that classic kicks can be styled in several different ways.
