Tia Mowry Manifests ‘True Year’ in Sequined Peplum Top & Matching Pants With Black Strappy Sandals
Tia Mowry is embracing the new year by continuing with her fair share of signatory Instagram reels filled with outfit inspiration and sleek sandals. The actress posted a new video yesterday, manifesting her wishes for a “true year,” while showcasing her sparkling style.
Mowry’s latest two-outfit transition came adorned with sequins and sparkling fashions. The actress started off wearing a long sleeve bodice made of a sparkling gray fabric, followed by a black skirt. The bottom half of her garment was trimmed with a silver chainmail of sorts, playing off the visible flecks of glitter on the bodice.
The “Sister, Sister” star then changed to a different outfit, but without losing her sparkle.
In her second look, the sequins took over from top to bottom. Her strapless peplum bustier blouse cinched above the waist with a corset-like silhouette that flared slightly down the mid-drift. To accentuate the bustier’s strapless neckline, she opted for a silver loosely hung choker and a slicked-back braided updo.

Her sequined pants fell straight and draped below the ankles, but just enough to continuously accentuate the strappy vamp of her sandals.
When it came down to footwear, Mowry donned black strappy sandals with a 3 to 4-inch heel, elevating her outfits. For a heel that arches deeply along the outsole such as this one, a thick ankle strap will ensure a comfortable and balanced strut. Especially for Mowry, who often showcases her natural manageability with stiletto heels that tower over 4 inches high.
Along with wearing sandals that range from Christian Louboutin to Steve Madden, Mowry has likened décolletage exposure as a feature in her outfits before. When she shared her “spooky” cocktail recipe on Instagram during the Halloween season, she paired a strapless corset and feather-trimmed dress with a sleek and braided ponytail draping down one shoulder and completed the look with black point-toe heels that featured an embellished t-strap. And when she channeled the Barbiecore trend with 6-inch platform pink pumps, she coordinated the look with an off-the-shoulder minidress.
