Sydney Sweeney celebrated the launch of Laneige’s bouncy and firm serum with an event hosted at La La Land Kind Cafe in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Sweeney has been working with Laneige since 2022, acting as its first United States brand partner.
The “Anyone but You” actress graced the product drop in a pair of romantic Chloé Flower 95 peep-toe slingback pumps. Cast in a light pink hue, the footwear pick featured supple textural suede uppers accompanied by almond-shaped open toes in an asymmetric style. The insoles were made of rose-gold leather, imparting an eye-catching finish.
The insoles also featured the designer brand’s logo scrawled across the fabric. Thin suede straps wrapped around the heels, secured in place with adjustable gold buckle closures. Tapered 3.5-inch heels affixed with gold Chloé-embossed tips rounded out the set. Sweeney’s ballet pink pick can be shopped via Mytheresa, currently retailing for $990. Of course, the shoe can also be purchased via Chloé’s website.
In contrast to her footwear, the “Immaculate” star’s ensemble was quite simple. Sweeney sported a pink corduroy jacket fixed with gold button accents, mirroring the pink and gold tones on her footwear. Beneath her jacket, Sweeney seemed to wear some kind of cropped top. On the bottom, the thespian wore classic light wash jeans with a flared hem. On the accessories front, the actress opted for gilded jewelry in a minimalistic style.
Sweeney’s shoe style is often sleek and trendy. The “Voyeurs” actress regularly wears platform sandals and pumps, as well as stiletto-heeled styles, from brands including Jimmy Choo, Andrea Wazen and Tory Burch on the red carpet.
Off-duty, she can also be seen in Sorel, Reebok and Golden Goose sneakers. Sweeney is a rising star in the fashion and beauty worlds, appearing in campaigns for Burch, Miu Miu, Frankies Bikinis, Laneige and Cotton On since rising to fame on “Euphoria.”
