Selena Gomez hosted the Inaugural Rare Impact Fund Benefit event, which supports youth mental health, yesterday in Los Angeles. Notable attendees at the event included Marshmello, H.E.R., Martin Short, Tyga, Sofia Carson and Taylor Lautner, among others.
Shining bright, the “Calm Down” songstress sported a pair of metallic lavender sandal heels from Jimmy Choo.
The strappy style was backless and comprised of a glossy metallic finish that transitioned into breezy open toes and wavy intersecting straps that crossed over the tops of the hitmaker’s feet, securing the footwear in place.
The performer’s shoes featured squared toes and thin 2 to 3-inch stiletto heels that offered the star a subtle and walkable boost. Sandal heels, no matter the style, are a go-to style for many stars, Gomez included.
In full bloom, the “Come & Get It” singer was outfitted in a Rahul Mishra minidress in the shape of an orchid. The garment was crafted of a shiny light and dark purple fabric and featured a sculptural construction crafted of the “petals” of the orchid in different sizes.
Later at the event, the star sported an alternative silver floor-sweeping gown in a halter style from Valentino. The garment was dotted with rhinestones and featured a lengthy train and a blooming rosette applique. Her shoes were eclipsed by the hem of her gown.
Accessorizing her look, the “Only Murders in the Building” star sported an array of silver jewelry including dangling diamond-encrusted earrings. The thespian’s short dark tresses were parted down the middle and straightened.
When it comes to Gomez’s shoe style, the star often wears staple pairs on and off the red carpet. The singer regularly dons metallic sandals and neutral pointed-toe pumps for events by top brands, including Gianvito Rossi, Prada and Christian Louboutin. When off-duty, her outfits incorporate casual styles like Puma sneakers, Charles & Keith loafers and Ugg slippers. Gomez has also furthered her presence in the fashion industry as a campaign star and brand ambassador for Coach, Puma and Louis Vuitton over the years.
