Selena Gomez Proves Red Is Her Color With an All-Red Ensemble and Jimmy Choo Ixia Pumps in London
Selena Gomez wore red from head to toe on Feb. 18 in London, from her bold lip color down to her leather Jimmy Choo pumps.
Gomez’s stylist Erin Walsh shared her latest striking look on social media, complete with a video featuring a sneak peek of her upcoming song with Gracie Abrams, “Call Me When You Break Up.” The “Only Murders in the Building” actress was outfitted in a tailored wool mini dress from Roland Mouret underneath a voluminous faux fur jacket from Milk White.
Both the stately dress and the dramatic coat were a vivid shade of red. Hung Vanngo was responsible for Gomez’s pristine makeup while Renato Campora immaculate styled her long asymmetrical bob. Meanwhile, her jewelry hailed from NeverNoT.
Gomez’s monochrome look was completed by a pair of red leather pumps hailing from Jimmy Choo, specifically the luxury brand’s Ixia style. Standout features of the silhouette include the label’s recognizable drop heel, which is a stiletto that flares into a rounded bottom, as well as a vamp with a square outline. The design also features a classic pointed toe, sloped sole and enclosed heel. A red version of the Ixia with a 95 mm heel is marked at a price of $975 at Farfetch.

Gomez’s latest looks have each been the picture of elegance. She attended the BAFTA Film Awards earlier this month wearing a custom Schiaparelli gown with black velvet pumps from the same brand with a variation of a classic T strap design and a crystal-embellished spherical detail at the bottom of the heel. Another head-turning look was curated for the Golden Globes in January, when she wore a custom blue satin Prada gown with coordinating shiny pumps.
