Reese Witherspoon Sees Red in Satin Aquazzura Sandals at SAG Awards 2024
Reese Witherspoon brought a fiery red look to the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles. Her Apple Original series “The Morning Show” is nominated tonight within the Ensemble in a Drama Series category.
The “Morning Show” actress walked the gray carpet wearing a pair of red Aquazzura sandals. The satin set featured an almond toe and a slingback strap. The heels brought height to the look with a stiletto heel that was about 4 inches tall.
Witherspoon paired the sandals with a strapless Elie Saab gown. The fitted silhouette displayed a thigh-high slit and a draped look against the bodice. The gown is from the designer’s spring 2024 Haute Couture collection.
The producer completed the look with a gold ring, a diamond necklace, and a pair of sparkling studs.
Witherspoon’s look was put together by Petra Flannery who can also be credited for the Satin Jimmy Choo Anouk Pumps she wore to the 2024 Golden Globes Awards last month. The stylist has also created looks for other stars like Emma Stone, Ellen Pompeo and Zoe Saldana.
When she’s not making a red carpet appearance in designer pumps, the actress is working on her own clothing line, Draper James, to create new collections that embody her own country style.
The 30th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards are held at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall. For the first time, the ceremony will be livestreamed on Netflix. Winners are determined by members of the SAG-AFTRA union, which includes over 119,000 performers across the film and television industry. Barbra Streisand will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.
